BANKSTOWN BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION
2018 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
 Tuesday 28th  May, 2019 at 7pm
at Bankstown Basketball Stadium
 

MEETING NOTICE AND INVITATION TO NOMINATE

 

Members are invited to nominate fellow members for the awarding of Life Membership, Life Playing Membership, Life Referee Membership and Life Coach Membership.  A brief outline of the required criteria for the 4 categories of Life Membership and the nomination form are obtainable from the Stadium office.

The DEADLINE for the receipt of nominations for all categories of Life Membership must be submitted by 5pm on Tuesday 14th May, 2019.

In accordance with Article 7.4 of the Constitution, Members are also invited to nominate fellow members for the following positions on the Board of Directors.

The vacant positions for the term January 2019 to December 2020 are: –

  • President
  • Finance Director

 The Board of Directors may appoint two (2) additional Directors after the Annual General Meeting.

Nominations for the positions on the Board must be submitted by 2pm on Tuesday 21st May, 2019.  Nomination forms are available from the Stadium Office or Information Centre located in front foyer.

Members who propose to alter the constitution are reminded that the CLOSING DATE for NOTICE OF MOTION is 5pm on Tuesday 7th May, 2019.
